This was an excellent read. Full of identifications, tricks and exercises to help level-up your value as a peer or lead. The intended audience is for those in a interpersonal managerial role, but so much here applies to anyone who works with other people. Really can't say enough about it, considering the wealth of value I got out of the four-hour investment of time!
